Tourists Leave For Antarctic
(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) NEW YORK, Jan. 14. A Swedish-born travel agent, who specialises in extraordinary custom tours, is leading a group of tourists into Antarctica. The 32-day Antarctic expedition, organised by Mr Lars Eric Lindblad, of New York, began when most of the participants set out for Buenos Aires by air on Tuesday to join an Argentine Navy ship, which will take them to the Antarctic. Most of the tourists are women. One is 87.
