CAR OF YEAR
A panel of 32 judges from Europe, Britain and the United States has selected the Renault 16 as the world’s car of the year for 1965. The Rolls Royce Silver Shadow is second, the Oldsmobile Toronado third, the Peugeot 204 fourth and the Triumph 1300 fifth. The Renault 16 has a station waggon-body with a fourcylinder 1500 c.c. engine and front-wheel drive.
