Speed-up Of Trade Talks (N. Z.P. A.-Reuter— Copyright) BRUSSELS. January 12. The United States is pressing the European Common Market to speed up the Ken-nedy-round tariff-cutting negotiations in Geneva to save them from failing. President Johnson's special representatives for trade negotiations, Mr Michael Blumenthal and Mr William M. Roth, yesterday held talks in Brussels with five members of the Common Market executive commission.
