Radio, Money Stolen
Nothing was stolen when an attempt was made to break into the premises of Suttons Industries, in Normans road, on Wednesday evening. Nothing was stolen from L. J. Howman's fruit shop, at 192 Wairakei road, when it was entered the same evening.
When Young's Fruit Supply, at 68 Seaview road, was entered £l2 10s was stolen. Nothing was taken when the delicatessen shop of J. W Smith, also in Seaview road, was entered the same evening, A transistor radio, valued at £l5, was stolen from Dixon’s Butchery at 1A Opawa road when the premises were entered on Wednesday evening.
