Pakistan's Envoy (N.Z.P. A.-Reuter —Copyright) NEW DELHI, Jan. 13. Pakistan’s High Commissioner, Mr Arshad Hussein, has resumed his post in New Delhi under the terms of the Indian-Pakistan declaration of Tashkent. Mr Hussein and India’s High Commissioner in Pakistan were both “recalled for consultations” last October after the Indian-Pakistan conflict. India’s High Commissioner in Pakistan, Mr Kewal Singh, is expected to return to Karachi in the next few days.
