£600 Stolen From Supermarket
(N.Z. Press Association) TAURANGA, January 12. Thieves last night broke into the Thriftway Supermarket in Tauranga and stole cash and cheques valued at £6OO The managing-director of Thriftway said today he and other shop-owners would make representations for facilities for night banking. At present they had no option but to keep considerable amounts of cash on their premises overnight
