ASSISTANT MANAGER The Agricultural and Industrial Loans Board, Suva, Fiji, invites applications from suitably qualified men, preferably within 30-35 years age group, for appointment to the post of Assistant Manager. This is a senior and responsible executive position and a background of banking, commerce or industry would be an advantage. The conversion of the A. & I. L. 8. into Development Bank is at present being considered by the Fiji Government If the board does become a Development Bank, the successful applicant might be sent overseas for a few months for training. The salary scale envisaged is £lBOO x £75 £2lOO, plus a housing allowance; but a higher salary might be offered to a really well qualified applicant. Leave conditions comprise 10 days annual local leave and 63 days overseas leave, with passages paid, at three-yearly intervals. Applications will be received up to March 15. 1966.
