TOURISTHOUSE, or TAVERN PREMISES LICENCES or WHOLESALE LICENCES or WINE RESELLERS’ LICENCES are necessary or desirable (Section 74). <b) To review every PROVISIONAL HOTEL PREMISES LICENCE in the said localities and places to determine whether a HOTEL PREMISES LICENCE or a TAVERN PREMISES LICENCE should be granted in place thereof (Section 310). (c) To consider the STANDARDS to be complied with in the provision of accommodation, services, and other facilities, in respect of proposed or existing premises (Sections 79 and 313). It Is desired that Local Authorities. other organisations, and persons interested should give evidence or make submissions, and those so intending are requested to advise this office prior to the sitting. NEW LICENCES: Any person or organisation proposing to make representations as to the need or desirability of any of the new licences specified above, is to advise this office not later than seven days prior to the sitting, of the type of licence and the locality or place in which it is sought. These representations will be heard at the commencement of the first session, namely Monday, January 31, 1966.
