COMMERCIAL Industrials Improve In Australia

(N.Z. Press Association —Copyright) SYDNEY, January 11. The market gained ground slightly on the Sydney Stock Exchange today. Leading industrials were a shade firmer. Turn-over in both the mining and industrial sections was average.

Industrials over-all were firm in quiet trading on the Melbourne Stock Exchange, but key stocks were again irregular. Copper producers were in demand; Mount Isa were up 9d to 43s 9d in firm base metals. Oils were steady.
