Expulsion Order (N Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) SINGAPORE, Jan. 11. President Sukarno has ordered the expulsion of all American correspondents from Indonesia. Radio Djakarta reported today that the President had instructed the First Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister, Dr. Subandrio, to carry out the order. The radio, monitored in Singapore today, quoted the President as saying he was doing this because he could not allow Indonesia to become an area where American correspondents indulged in dangerous speculations. The president complained about coverage of Indonesia appearing in American magazines.

Killed In Explosion,—Two men were killed and seven critically burned when an explosion and fire struck a natural gas line near the oil and gas town of Larose, Louisana. —New York, January 11.
