MINOR FIRE
A fire in the Waimairi rubbish dump in Johns road in the early hours of yesterday morning took firemen about two hours to extinguish. A bulldozer belonging to the county was used to help cover the fire. One unit from St. Albans and one from headquarters answered the call to the fire at 3 a.m.
