Phone 6030. 8826 WALPARA COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN NOTICE te hereby given that the Waipara County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the Thirty-first day of January, 1066, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of Fifty thousand pounds (£50,000) for the pur poses of meeting part of the cost of constructing works to provide a piped rural water supply in he Scargiill-Motunau and adjacent districts of the Waipara County and incidental expenses in connexion therewith. The security for the loan shall be a special rate of decimal point one (.1) of a penny in the £ on the capitad value of all rateable property in the Waipara County. It is not proposed to levy or collect the above-mentioned Special rate but to meet the loan charges from charges and fees levied pursuant to Sections 118 to 120 of The Counties Act, 1956, and/or such other sources of revenue other than the said special rate that may be from time to time available for the purpose. Any person having any ob jection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same In writing to the Waipara County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
