Kipling’s Car For Sale
(■Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) LONDON, January 9. The Rolls Royce car used by Rudyard Kipling is for sale and, says the “Sun,” the reason is that the centenary of Kipling’s birth is being celebrated.
A spokesman for Sotheby’s says: “A centenary always throws pieces on the market at largely increased prices. We have been getting quite a few of Kipling’s effects recently.”
