S HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Heathcote County Council proposes at its Meeting to be held on the Sth February, 1966, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £19,000 for the purpose of building a new Administration Building. This Loan shall be known as the Heathcote County Council Administration Building Loan —1966. The Security for the Loan shall be a Special rate of 06478 d in the pound (£) on the capital value of all rateable property in the County of Heathcote. This Special Rate will not be levied as it is the intention of the Council to meet the interest and principle charges from the General Rate.
Any person having any objections to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Heathcote County Council not later than the day proceeding the said Meeting.
