The methods include training of member and adult leaders, the preparation of resource material, conducting residential schools, and advising on club programmes and private study. EXTENSION OFFICER LEADER TRAINING AND GROUP DEVELOPMENT QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent with training in the social sciences. An academic qualification in group development would be an advantage. Experience in informal education work with recognised adult or youth groups essential for appointment to the senior range. DUTIES: To devise and implement development programmes at State, regional, and club level for rural youth between the ages of 10 to 25 ysars.
