Table Tennis Australians Win Easily
(N.Z. Press Association) WHANGAREI, June 15. The Australian table tennis players M. Wilcox and M. Thomson were untroubled to beat Northland, 5-0, at Whangarei tonight. The only set they lost was against G: A. J. Frew and K. T. O'Carroll in the doubles. Results (Australian names first):— M. Thomson beat K. T. O’Carroll, 21-14, 21-10, 21-8: beat G. A. J. Frew. 21-19, 21-18, 21-15. M. Wilcox beat Frew. 21-14, 21-10, 21-7: beat O’Carroll, 21-12, 21-18. 21-18. Wilcox and Thomson. beat Frew and O’Carrol!, 21-17, 21-14, 114-21, 21-13. .
