(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 16, An increase in the rehabil-. itation housing loan limits for the purchase of existing homes was announced by theMinister of War Pensions (Mr Kinsella) at the Returned Services’ Association conference. Mr Kinsella said the Government had approved the increase last week.
He said the present limit of £lBOO had been increased to £2500-£2650' according to the size' of the former serviceman’s family, but in cases where loan finance was required over the original -limit of £lBOO this would be lim ited to two-thirds' of the security valuation whichever was the less.
