Decision Reserved On Appeal
An appeal against the granting of a temporary petrol retail licence to the Waltham Service Station, Ltd., was heard by Mr F. F. Reid, S.M., yesterday. He reserved his decision. The station is at the junction of Waltham and Shakespeare roads. The appellant was T. W. Taylor, Ltd. (Mr R. J. de Goldi). Mr H. W. Hunter represented the respondent Mr L. M. O’Reilly asked, and received, permission to speak on behalf of the Sydenham Service Station, an objector to the respondent’s original application for a licence.
