Revaluation In Riccarton
Officers of the Valuation Department had begun inspections of properties in Riccarton for the five-yearly revaluation of the borough, said the branch manager of the department (Mr V. R Aitken) yesterday. “The last valuation was issued in October, 1956, and it is expected that the new figures will be available in October or November this year,” he said.
