May 18 The ground for Stephen Leslie Bradley's appeal to be heard in the Full Court of Criminal Appeal tomorrow will be that the trial Judge did not deal adequately with the defence In March a jury found Bradley guilty of having murdered an eight-year-old Bondi schoolboy. Graeme Thorne, in July last year. Mr Justice Clancy sentenced Bradley to life imprisonment Bradley will not appear at the appeal bearing, at which he will be represen’ed by the Public Defender. Mr F W Vizzard. Q.C. It is expected that the Chief Justice, Mr Justice Evatt together with Mr Justice Herron, and Mr Justice Collins, will hear the appeal
