BRADLEY APPEAL

Hearing On Friday

(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) SYDNEY. May 16. An appeal by Stephen Leslie Bradley against his conviction for the murder of the Sydney schoolboy. Graetne Thorne, will be heard in the Court of Criminal Appeals in Sydney on Friday. The grounds for Bradley's appeal which he lodged on April 7 have not yet been disclosed. It is unlikely that witnesses will be called on Friday. The appeal will probably be presented entirely by the Public Defender (Mr F. W. Vizzard, Q.C.) who appeared for Bradley in the lower court.
