The Public Trustee invites tenders for the purchase as one lot, firstly a leasehold section at Waimangaroa (eight miles north of Westport), containing 2 roods 19 perches and held under Residence Sit Licence. Buildings comprise a single storey building of wood and iron erected in 1939 and known as the “Railway" Hotel. Accommodation is available for 10 guests. The hotel is tenanted and particulars of the tenancy are obtainable from the undersigned. Secondly, two vacant freehold sections in Waimangaroa containing an area of 1 rood and 32 perches respectively. Copies of the conditions of safe may be inspected and forms of tender are available at the Public Trust Offices. Greymouth and Westport. An amount equal to £lO per centum of the amount of the purchase price tendered must accompany each tender. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
