Nelson and West Coast.—Moderate southeasterly winds; partly cloudy with moderate temperatures. Outlook: partly cloudy. Canterbury.—Light to moderate easterly winds; some scattered drizzle at first about and north of Banks Peninsula, otherwise cloudy with cool temperatures. Outlook: cloudy.
