SATURDAY (Before Mr W. A. Calwall and Mrs A. Schumacher, Justices of the Peace) .ASSAULT Dallas Earl Emanuel, who pleaded guilty to a charge of assaulting James Tice-Martin, a barman of Bonner's Hotel, was fined £5. REMANDED Oswald Spencer, aged 34, a labourer, was remanded on bail to May 18 on a charge of stealing a clock and radio combination and second-hand radio, of a total value of £49 3s, the property of Harris Bros. Ltd.
