(N Z P.A -Reuter—Copvrtohl) BUENOS AIRES. May 11. The Argentine Meat Workers' Union has decided to start progressive stoppage* in all industrial plant* next Thursday. The move follow* lockouts of workers at two meat plants earlier this week following strikes and demonstrations.
