Suntan, a place-getter in his last three starts., is selected to win the Parawai Handicap, a race for maiden trotters at the Thames Trotting Club's winter meeting at Alexandra Park Raceway tomorrow night. Prince Baffelan and the three-year-old. Five Star, may be the hardest for him to beat. The double will be run on the Goldfields and the Winter Handicaps. There has been heavy rain in Auckland this week and the track is expected to be soft. Selections : 7 pm.—Parawai Handicap: Suntan. Quarrie. 930 p.m.—Twohill Memorial Handicap: Our Eileen, Scrap Iron, Oakley'* Pride. 10 p.m.—Winter Handicap: Golad. Ra Pointer. Cindy Lea. 10.30 p.m.—Farewell Handicap: Hamutara.
