It follows that he must be prepared to be awav from home on occasions. QUALIFICATIONS: Fully qualified accountant; age, about 35 years. RESPONSIBILITY: To the Company Secretary. SALARY: Commensurate with ability and experience. 2. HEAD OFFICE ACCOUNTANT This position involves the day-to-day control of the financial accounts of our group of companies, the coraS ilation of statistics and the general oversight of the ompany's affairs. It offers an excellent opportunity for a younger man seeking ultimate promotion to Company Secretary. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be fully qualified accountant; age, 25-30 years. RESPONSIBILITY: To the Company Secretary. SALARY: £l4OO - £l7OO p.a., according to experience. 3. BRANCH OFFICE ACCOUNTANTS Two positions require to be filled; both of them in Auckland. The work involves cost control investiga- , tions, responsibility for the merchandising and trading accounts and the supervision of staff in a medium-sized office. QUALIFICATIONS: Should preferably be a qualified accountant but applications from partly qualified men will be considered. Age. 25 - 35 years. RESPONSIBILITY: To Branch Manager. SALARY: £ll5O to £1450 p.a., according to experience. 4.
