CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION AND SALE OF LAND ROAD RESERVES OFF OTTAWA ROAD PURSUANT to the provision* of Section 18 of the Reaerve* and Domains Act, 1953, it is hereby publicly notified that it is the intention of the Christchurch City Council, at a meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 21st day of June. 1991, to consider, and, it approved, to pass a resolution consenting to the revocation of the reservation over the adjoining road reserves (which have become redundant owing to ■ change in the reading lay-out tn the block) described in the following schedule, and requesting the Honourable the Minister of Lands to revoke the reservation of such land and to declare it to be available for disposal by way of sale by private treats'.
