Of Hospital
An incubator for premature babies or others needing special help arrived this week at the Bethany Maternity Hospital. Up to now, such babies bom at Bethany have had to be rushed to some other hospital with the necessary facilities. The incubator will take “twin babies and possibly more.” the matron, Brigadier Elizabeth Drummond, of the Salvation Army, said yesterday. Originally intended as a surprise for the matron at Christmas. the incubator, manufactured to an American design, was paid for by doctors connected with the the staff, former patients, and hospital.
