WANGANELLA DELAYED
Cargo Being Discharged
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 12. The Wanganella will leave Wellington for Sydney at 4 p.m. tomorrow, the Wellington manager of Huddart Parker. Ltd., Mr S Marris. said today.
“In order to keep faith with the shippers because the discharge of cargo will not be completed by today, it has been decided to postpone the sailing time.” he said. “We regret any inconvenience that might be caused to the 380 passengers, and have arranged for those who wish to do so to sleep on board overnight and have full meals from dinner today,” said Mr Marris.
