The Christchurch Milk Vendors’ Association did not intend to make any comment at present to the Health Department about canopies for milk deiiverv vehicles, Mr P. A. Caithnes's toid a meeting of the Christchurch Metropolitan Milk Board yesterday Mr Caithness is the vendors’ representative on the board.

Copies of plans and general notes on construction of a model type of canopy tor vendors’ vehicles were made available to Mr Caithness after the last meeting The views of the vendors' association on the prototype were to have been made known to yesterday’s meeting.

•'There is no time like the present before the plans become standardised to maxe a comment,” said Mr G A Franks. "It is no use the Miik Vendors' Association coming in after they are finally adopted."
