rN.Z Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 10. “Very few apprentices need to be disciplined for failure to keep to their obligations regarding technical education,’’ the Commissioner of Apprenticeship (Mr H. C. McQueen) said in the Court of Arbitration today. He was making an application for a new apprenticeship order in the radio industry. “That is very interesting. Is it correct?” asked Mr Justice Tyndall. Mr McQueen: It is, sir. Mr Justice Tyndall: Well, it is a most impressive and satisfying position. Could you address a little memorandum to the Court on the matter? These things should be made known to the public.
