League HADFIELD MAY MISS MATCH

"The Press’’ Special Service AUCKLAND, May 10. The Kiwi and Auckland Rugby League wing, T. Hadfield, has a badly-swollen knee, and is a doubtful player in the match against Canterbury at Carlaw Park on Saturday. A decision on his fitness will be made at training tomorrow evening.

If he does not play, his position will be taken by the Marist‘•wing, M. Paterson.

Team Changes

Two members of the Canterbury Rugby League team. J. Fisher (Linwood) and R. Carey (Papanul), have withdrawn from the representative side to play Auckland at Auckland on Saturday. Their places in the team have been taken by D. Robinson (Hornby), and G. Abercrombie (Sydenham).
