Belgian Jews
(N.Z.P.A .-Reuter—Copyright) JERUSALEM, May 10. The Court trying Adolf Eichmann today heard documentary evidence on the deportations of Jews from Belgium to Nazi concentration camps.
The prosecution account of anti-Jewish measures by the Nazis in Belgium, coincided with the 21st anniversary of the German invasion of the Low Countries. The Netherlands will be dealt with later today.
The assistant prosecutor. Mr Gabriel Bach, first submitted reports recovered from Nazi flies relating to the measures to deport some 4000 Jews of Belgian nationality. About 80.000 Jews lived in Belgium at the beginning of 1940.
