Litter on Lancaster Park is bat a trifle when one considers the hurdles West Coast Bagby has to overcome. Take, for instanee, the Boss club. At its annual meeting recently it decided to use sacking on the lower parts of the goal posts this season. The move is not without good reason —last year horses ate all the straw padding.
