Ltd., proposes to make an! issue of 5s ordinary shares! at par on the basis of onej for seven held at May 22 The directors have placed a further 800.000 shares at' 12s 9d a share with localj and overseas financial insti-j tutions. These shares will: not take part in the new par issue. The issue and placement follow a large increase in capital through the company's recent acquisition of Australian Blue Metal. Ltd., and O’Neil Construction Pty.. Ltd The total realised from the placement will be £510.000. including a pre-! mium of £310,000* The purpose of the place-! merit is to replace funds used! for the cash portion of the! purchase price of O'Neil | Constructions. The par issue’ is about 4.000.000 5s shares and will raise total paid capi-j tai to about £8 million.
