Freezing Works Investigation

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 9. The Meat Board announced today that Mr E. R. McKillop, former Commissioner of Works, has accepted appointment as a member of the committee of invesigation set up by the board to consider the question of a new freezing works in the South Island. On this committee Mr McKillop replaces Mr R. B, Tennent, former DirectorGeneral of Agriculutre, who, because of other responsibilities, has been unable to take up his appointment as a member. Other members of the committee are Messrs C; G. Trotter and S. D. Reeves.
