Rocke, Tompsitt Cuts Dividend
Rocke, Tompsitt and Company, Ltd.. Melbourne manufacturing chemist, will reduce ordinary dividend from 10 to 8 per cent, to conserve funds to finance growing business, directors state.
The company will raise £129,487 by a on-e-for-two par issue to build a new warehouse at Richmend, a Melbourne suburb.
