NEW FORESTRY COMPANY
Nelson Timber To Be Investigated (N.Z. Press Association) NELSON, May 8. The forestry firms of H. Baigent and Sons, Ltd., and New Zealand Forest Products, Ltd., have registered a new company. Nelson Forest Development Company. Ltd., with a capital of £lO.OOO to investigate the timber potential of Nelson Province. This was announced today by the managing-director of H. Baigent and Sons, Ltd., (Mr L. H. H. Baigent). The two directors of the new company are Mr Baigent and Sir David Henry, chairman of . the New Zealand Forest Products, Ltd.
