Social Security ‘‘This is particularly so under the Social Security scheme introduced by Labour to free the aged, who in pre. vious years rendered great service to New Zealand in building the foundation of our productivity and progress,” Mr Nash said. “They have earned their security for later years.” Mr Nash said to the conference that the party would continue its work for mothers, children, invalids, widows, orphans, and those who served.
