“Not For Love Of Blac k Man” fN Z P.A -Neuter—Uovirwaht) KEMPTON PARK (Transvaal). May 8 The South African Minister of Bantu Education (Mr W. E. Maree) said that money was spent on African education and development of African areas “not out of love for the black man but for the future of the white man.’’
He told a political meeting at Kempton Park yesterday *hat there had been whisperings that he and the Minister for Bantu Affairs and Development (Mr M. D. de Wet Nat) had been spending too much money on African education and development.
