. COLOMBO PLAN £ w Jr v ® o gat x ■■ few Aob COLOMBO PLAN STAMP.—This special commemorative five-cent stamp has been issued in Canada to mark the tenth anniversary of the Colombo Plan. The Canadian Government’s contribution to the Plan has been in the development of hydro-electric power, transportation, and communications facilities. The stamp portrays two figures holding a blueprint in front of a huge hydro-electric plant. One figure is clothed in Western dress, and the other wears a turban and warm-climate clothing typical in the South-east Asian countries.
