Algerian Revolt
Sir,—A few days ago "P.J.A.” quoted the Chinese as saying the United States was the greatest threat to world peace What about the aggression the Chinese are committing against the peaceloving uninterfering people of Tibet? Has he forgotten the provocative action of the Chinese in occupying territory under the administration of India when Mr Nehru was his best friend at the time of this aggression? If the Chinese are so peace-loving why did they not talk over the matter of the border between the two countries with their friend Mr Nehru instead of sending armed men in to occupy it and kill several Indian soldiers? All the letters I have read over the initials of “P.JA.” suggest his motto to be: "The Communists are always right.”— Yours, etc., UNCLE CLARENCE. May 5, 1961.
