AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: The offering of Large Whites consist of the first progeny of the imported licensed premium boar. Corsbridge Royal Glen 85th. and from the three very fine imported Sows which Mr G. Whitelock personally selected while in Britain in 1959. A number of in-farrow sows are mated to the second English boar. Corsbridge Royal Turk 112th, who arrived at "Grinton” just prior to the embargo | on the export of livestock from the U.K. These Large White Importations represent Britain s best strains, and are strongly backed by progeny tested stock. The offering of Landrace sows and boars are progeny from the importations selected personally by Mr Whitelock, sen., and are recog-1 nised as some of the finest Landrace pigs to come into the country.
