COMMERCIAL National Bank, C.S.R., Email Shares Cheaper
National Bank of N.Z. shares sold in Christchurch yesterday at 37s 3d, a drop of Is 3d in a week. Colonial Sugar fell a further 10s to £67 10s and Email were 8d down at 7s lOd. Other price movements in Christchurch and elsewhere yesterday were mainly minor. No pronounced trend was apparent in either overseas or New Zealand issues. N.Z. Fanners’ Co-op. A preference were Is down at 19s. Ballins Industries and M. O’Brien were also easier. Dominion Breweries, N.Z. Insurance and K.P. Drugs were among the shares traded at higher prices. Ampol, 8.H.P., Reid Murray and Woolworths were firmer.
