AUCTIONEERS NOTE—This auction presents a unique opportunity to secure a handy size unit which can be farmed as dairy farm on the flat with a small flock of sheep on the hill, which is the practice adopted by the present owner. Alternatively the farm could be given over entirely to sheep, for wool and fat lamb farming and the owner estimates that it should carry approximately 750 ewes. Good crops of barley, cowgrass and potatoes have been grown over the years and the land is suitable for raspberries, hops and tobacco.
