Move To Wind Up I.V.M.
SYDNEY. May 3 In the Equity Court today, Mr Justice Jacobs granted International Vending Machines, Pty., Ltd , an adjournment to consider whether they will continue to oppose an application to wind up the company. He did this after learning that I.V.M. and another company connected with it, had been served with further tax assessments totalling more than £B6B 000. The deputy commissioner of taxation has petitioned for I.V.M. to be wound up for a tax debt of about £73,000 for the year ended June, 1959.
