Share Prices Steady Again Yesterday
Share prices were again steady in heavy trading on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday. Five New Zealand and three overseas issues were firmer and seven New Zealand and two overseas issues were weaker. Wright Stephenson, Alliance Textiles, Farmers Trading, Frozen Products, and Unit Subdivisions were firmer. Canterbury Frozen Meat were 6d down on Monday’s Auckland price in Christchurch yesterday, but were steady in Dunedin. New Zealand Insurance, South British Insurance, Buntings rights, New Zealand Newspapers, Ross and Glendining and Wilsons Cement were also easier.
