Social Credit Warning
The dangers New Zealand would face if she joined the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank were emphasised at the annual meetr.ng of the Riccerton branch of the New Zealand Social Credit League held recently. The warning was given by Mr H. Parker, president of the Canterbury Regional Council of the league, who presided. A report of the meeting was supplied. It was resolved to do all that was possible to arouse public opinion against New Zealand joining these organisations. Officers elected were:— President, Mr C. E. Cullen; vice-presiident, Mr E. Buckingham; secretary. Mr R. Hyndman: delegates to regional council, Messrs C. E. Cullen, R, Hyndman and E. Buckingham; delegates to annual conference, Mr C. E. Cullen committee. Messrs C. E. Cullen. R. Hyndman. E. Buckingham. W. Campbell. S Fitchett. Mesdames D. Hvndman. E. Popplewell and A, Blackie.
