Sports Park Approved
(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) MELBOURNE. May 4. Final Victorian Government approval has been given for car racing and trotting on the old Williamstown racecourse to be renamed Altona Sports Park. It will open the way for a £250,000 scheme to provide for a two and a half-mile racing car circuit, a four-fur-long trotting track and a triangular lake in the centre of the ground for water sports
